Before And After Photos Reveal Amazing Transformation Of A Little Liberian Girl Who Was Born With A Cleft Lip!

Gifty, 6, from Liberia, West Africa, was born with a cleft lip, palate and also a spilt on the face. Check her out, before surgery and after surgery. Thanks to Samaritan Purse and Mercy Ship for  preparing little Gifty clef face in Liberia. To me she's beautiful either way.
